You need one when a workflow has several steps and decisions — for example, an assistant that finds an invoice, drafts the email, and sends it only after you confirm.

When off-the-shelf tools do not fit your workflow, I build custom systems around it: invoicing, inventory, client and project management, user roles and permissions, dashboards, and reporting — and they can include AI assistants that work across your data. If you already use an ERP or CRM, I can extend or integrate it instead of replacing it.

Yes — integrations are routine work: payment processing (Stripe and similar), transactional email, CRMs and ERPs (HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and comparable platforms via their APIs), inventory and shipping feeds, analytics, and anything that exposes a REST or GraphQL API or webhooks.

Yes. I regularly join existing projects: audits, performance and SEO fixes, redesigns, migrations (often to Next.js), and ongoing feature development alongside your team. You do not need a full rewrite to get real improvements.
